Weston, MA real estate is recognized across Massachusetts as being extremely desirable. The town is known by many as the most affluent community in the Commonwealth. At one time it was home to large country estates but since has become a charming suburb of Boston. While it is a smaller town, just over 17 square miles, with most of its housing stock being single family homes, there are also a handful of condos in Weston and a very small amount of multi-family homes. The single family homes mainly range from around $500,000 up in to the millions. Condos/townhouses mostly range from around $400,000 up to around $1,000,000.

There are many stately homes in Weston and the community has a lot of green space. These two factors are major contributors to is aesthetic and real estate values. Many people also identify Weston as a town with quiet neighborhoods.

Weston is bordered by Lincoln, MA on the north, Wayland on the south, Natick on the southwest, Wellesley on the south and Newton and Waltham on the east. The town is just 12 miles west of Boston.
